Yesterday was Pelikan Hub day 2024 and not only was our local meet back at Fleet, Hampshire (was not held there last year as too few of us could make it) but this year I was the hub master !!

As I did not register last year due to a clash I was not sent the email by Pelikan, so for those of you, like me, who have not yet heard this year it will be held on Friday the 27th of September.

A couple of days back good news was announced. The Pelikan Hub is back and will be held at 6.30pm on Friday the 18th of November. While it was stopped due to the COVID-19 global pandemic, there had been uncertainty if it would ever be restarted.

Having arrived early, this really has been a pop in style of meet. Even by 5 pm we were at four attendees, though two could only stay a while. By half past we’d gained another and the pen chat was flowing.
