This is the 10th year of the International Fountain Pen Day, which is always on the first Friday of November. A great excuse to go out and buy more goodies, especially as many stores and vendors offer discounts.
Here follow the deals I’m aware of in the UK, will add as I find out more.
Beaufort Inks have 10% off all Bock steel nibs with the code FPDAY21, offer ends Sunday.
Cult Pens have an automatic 10% off many, though not all, of their pens. This is in addition to existing deals and discounts.
Dens Pens have 15% off with the code FPDAY2021.
Gravitas Pens have 20% off with the code FOUNTAINPENDAY20.
Made For Ink have a 15.97% discount off the purchase of any four exorcise books.
Powerful Signature have an offer through to the end of the month, 5% on offers up to £219, 15% off on orders over that.
Pure Pens have a 10% discount with the code FPD21 (note this is not listed on their sister site Pelikan Pens, but it might still work there).
Stonecott Fine Writing Supplies has a 10% discount with the code FPDAY.
The Online Pen Company is giving away a free Esterbrook stamp and badge foe ‘fine writing’ fountain pen orders over £30 (limited quantities).
The Writing Desk have a contest for a free Edison fountain pen, any purchase over £10 made today.
Please let me know if you are aware of any other deals. The above list may seem lighter than last year but I have noticed more stores giving regular discounts, plus show discounts.
Yes, I’m aware of this being International Fountain Pen Day. Presently looking at stationary, awaiting two new bottles of ink to arrive today, got a letter posted, and a custom clipless pen cap arrived yesterday for my Edison Collier Persimmon. Reading my favorite F.P. blogs. Happy Fountain Pen Day to one and all and take good care.
