I think most of you will know about this by now, but for those of you who do not, Ben Walsh of Gravitas Pens has gone in to partnership with Pen Venture, where Emy and his team will now deal with orders and communications.

Now Ben has long been open about his struggle to respond to queries, with Instagram being about the only one that seemed to work, and even then not always. He has also long admitted to getting swamped by orders with the results of long delays before Irish Post add to the issues (my last delivery from him took over 2 weeks from posting in Ireland to arriving in the UK…).

At present Pen Venture are updating their processes to gradually take over the day to day side of Gravitas (including the website I seem to remember), so hopefully the only change people will notice is a big speed up in deliveries, quick responses to queries, and the pens coming from Romania rather than Ireland (postage may be different as a result).

It should be noted that Pen Venture are already resellers of Gravitas pens both on their website and at pen shows.
